REPs is an independent, public register which recognises the qualifications and expertise of health-enhancing exercise instructors in the UK. REPs provides a system of regulation for instructors and trainers to ensure that they meet the health and fitness industry’s agreed National Occupational Standards.

The primary aim is to increase the demand, quality and availability of skills provision throughout the sectors of sport, fitness, outdoors and playwork across the United Kingdom.
 

BHF National Centre

 
The British Heart Foundation National Centre offers a number of training options to help build skills and confidence in encouraging others to be more active. They offer either open courses where the BHFNC will host a course date that individuals can book onto, or locally hosted courses at a venue to suit, for ten or more participants.
